The workout- counter spares you the trouble of counting in gyms (eg. Kieser), also the trouble of watching the clock permanently. You can concentrate yourself on your workout program.
The one-button operation aloows an easy operation.
The workout-counter works with slight vibrations at your wrist, there are no annoying noises.
The workout-counter fits every wrist-joint because of an easy velcro- strip.
You can change the batteries easily.
The workout-counter can be operated in two different modes:
Mode 1:
First vibrations after five seconds (start of your drill), second vibration after 60 seconds (reached first target, the weight stays the same for the next time). If you reach the third vibration after 90 seconds, you can increase the weight by 5% next time.
Mode 2:
First vibrations after five seconds (start of your drill), second vibration after 90 seconds (reached first target, the weight stays the same for the next time). If you reach the third vibration after 120 seconds, you can increase the weight by 5% next time.
Change modes:
Press the button 3 seconds to hange the mode (1 vibration equals mode1, 2 vibrations equal mode 2). The mode stayss the same even after changing the battery.
